About the Role
Torus is hiring a NetSuite Business Analyst to partner with our NetSuite Administrator in building operational excellence into our ERP platform. This role focuses on the critical "last mile" work-documentation, training, data governance, and user enablement-that ensures NetSuite implementations are fully adopted and maintained. The ideal candidate thrives on creating order from ambiguity, communicates effectively across all levels of the organization, and takes pride in building sustainable processes that scale with our growing business.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for NetSuite configurations, business processes, and SOPs.
  • Monitor and improve data quality across transactions, items, BOMs, and master records.
  • Develop and deliver user training programs and coordinate UAT activities for new features.
  • Support users with day-to-day NetSuite questions and system guidance.
  • Maintain and optimize NetSuite forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage the NetSuite enhancement backlog, intake process, and release communications.
  • Gather business requirements and configure NetSuite elements including custom fields, forms, and workflows.
  • Partner with the NetSuite Administrator to implement and refine solutions.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Experience
  • 2-4+ years working with NetSuite in an Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar hands-on role.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite configuration including saved searches, custom fields, forms, and reports.
  • Demonstrated excellence in creating documentation, SOPs, or process guides for business systems.
  • Experience developing and delivering user training or leading system adoption initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
  • Self-directed problem-solver who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or similar certification.
  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory-heavy business environments.
  • Experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules.
  • Experience with change management, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.

Location + Travel This position is primarily remote with in-office work as needed. The role is Utah-based remote with on-site work as needed in GigaOne and/or South Salt Lake Headquarters Warehouse (air-conditioned). May require occasional onsite work in our Springville R&D warehouse (air-conditioned and non air-conditioned).
Schedule Full-Time, Salaried
Compensation $90,000 - $115,000 (Note: We have the flexibility to hire at different levels, which may impact the corresponding pay range.)
