• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing structured diagnostic tools and personal interviews to inform treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring alignment with current evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide individual counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Handle crisis intervention and immediate support as needed, demonstrating expertise in managing high-stress situations effectively.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, engaging clients in a manner that fosters trust and a therapeutic alliance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay informed about the latest practices and advancements in mental health care.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be vital in providing support to a diverse clientele, ensuring that each individual receives the personalized attention and care needed to enhance their mental health journey.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective client relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a culturally competent approach to therapy.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a telehealth setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms enhances productivity.
• Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
