Moon Crest Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated, Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive private practice on a full-time basis. This position is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. • Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques to provide tailored therapeutic interventions for clients with emotional and behavioral disorders, aiming to improve their mental health outcomes.
• Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments to form an understanding of clients' needs, working collaboratively to develop an initial discharge plan that reflects their goals.
• Conduct individual, family, and, as needed, group therapy sessions in alignment with each client’s unique treatment plan.
• Engage in ongoing treatment planning, reassessing strategies based on patient progress and adjusting service delivery as appropriate.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services provided, adhering to organizational protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Manage a designated caseload, ensuring each client's needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members during treatment team meetings to optimize client care through shared insights and strategies.
• Address patient feedback and unresolved complaints proactively, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety are upheld.
• Execute additional tasks associated with patient care and organizational efficiency as delegated.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with diverse populations, including adults and children across different developmental stages. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required for this position.
• Possession of an appropriate state or national license as a professional therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.

• Demonstrable experience providing therapy for diverse age groups, including adolescents and adults, is highly desired.
• Familiarity with remote therapy practices and telehealth systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
