This role is designed for remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong support from our clinical team. Our outpatient office setting ensures a patient-centric approach to therapy, focusing on individualized treatment without the pressures of on-call duties, night shifts, or weekend work. • Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to treat various emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop initial treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client needs and specific treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services and progress notes in compliance with professional and facility standards.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings to collaborate with peers and coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Manage an assigned caseload while balancing a diverse range of client needs and progress objectives.
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in interactions with clients, and proactively address any concerns or feedback that may arise.
• Recognize and prioritize patient safety throughout all therapeutic interactions as a core value of our practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in staff training sessions as required.

Your expertise will directly influence a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults. We serve individuals facing a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and behavioral issues, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported on their journey towards mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required for this position.
• Current state or national licensure as a mental health professional is essential; candidates must be licensed as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to fostering therapeutic relationships with clients.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly those experienced in managing caseloads that include adults, children, and families. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques will enhance your capability in this remote role.
