About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of Software and Platform Engineers responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. You’ll oversee the integration of custom applications, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team across software, platform, and integration disciplines
  • Own planning, prioritization, and delivery of engineering initiatives across applications and enterprise systems
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into cohesive technical solutions
  • Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and well-tested systems
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, including CI/CD, DevOps practices, and secure development
