As a Tax Manager or Senior Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on a broad mix of tax planning, consulting, research and compliance engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to your clients.

What You'll Do

  • Review and prepare complex individual, partnership, S Corporation, C Corporation, fiduciary and other business tax returns
  • Provide tax planning, research and consulting for privately held businesses, business owners and individual clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor while building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Review the work of staff and seniors while providing mentorship, coaching and technical guidance
  • Partner with leadership on complex tax matters, planning opportunities and client strategy
  • Stay current on changing tax laws and identify planning opportunities for clients
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm's tax practice


What We're Looking For

  • Active CPA license
  • 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
  • Previous experience reviewing and managing a variety of individual and business tax engagements
  • Experience mentoring staff and managing client relationships
  • Experience with CCH Axcess Tax is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership and client service skills
