Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: Cincinnati, OH / Dayton, OH / Northern Kentucky Area
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 Base Salary
Work Arrangement: Remote Initially | Future Hybrid in Cincinnati Market


A growing organization is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize its enterprise Salesforce environment. This individual will serve as a key functional and technical resource responsible for platform administration, business process optimization, user support, and system enhancements across multiple business units.


The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce administration expertise, experience supporting Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), and the ability to partner closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.


While the position will initially be remote, candidates should be comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement within the Cincinnati market as the organization establishes a local office presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and internal platform expert for Salesforce and Certinia environments
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce workflows, automations, permissions, dashboards, reports, and custom objects
  • Support and optimize business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable platform solutions
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, security settings, and system access
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
  • Assist with data management, data quality initiatives, and system governance
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners on platform enhancements and ongoing optimization
  • Maintain system documentation and support best practices around platform administration

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including:
    • Flows
    • Reporting & Dashboards
    • User & Security Management
    • Process Automation
    • Data Management
  • Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred
  • Experience working within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
