• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic strategies based on each client’s distinct challenges and aspirations.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to achieve positive outcomes.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Kindbridge Psychological Services, Inc., you will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our diverse population requires therapists who are adaptable and culturally sensitive, equipped to tailor their approaches based on unique client experiences and needs.

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate trusting therapeutic relationships.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to fostering a non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions on board.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
