• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing our user-friendly online platform, ensuring each session is tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in therapeutic best practices and client feedback, aimed at achieving specific mental health goals.
• Monitor client progress consistently and adeptly adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and observed outcomes.
• Keep thorough, accurate, and up-to-date electronic records of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of other mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists and social workers—to provide comprehensive, integrated care for clients.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards set forth by governing bodies in the provision of mental health services.

The Remote Mental Health Counselor will work with a multifaceted client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clientele may include children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking assistance within a culturally competent framework. Your skills in assessment and communication will be critical in helping clients navigate their journeys toward mental wellness.

• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrate a strong foundation in clinical practices and approaches relevant to individual therapy.

• Prior experience delivering individual therapy, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting.
• Comfortable using technology to facilitate remote sessions—experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to foster relationships with clients and collaborate within a team.
• Ability to work independently while remaining an engaged member of our remote team.
