Of Counsel โ€“ Senior Family Law Attorney

Remote | Colorado (Denver or Colorado Springs offices available) | 10-15 hours/week

The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected, multi-state law firm seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney (Of Counsel). This role is ideal for a small or solo family law practitioner looking to supplement their existing practice while benefiting from the resources and support of a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex family law matters with a high level of independence.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients in cases involving divorce, custody, support, and related family law issues.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership and attorneys as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Balance firm cases with your own existing practice or supplemental caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed attorney in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 8โ€“10 years of family law experience; senior-level practitioners strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to independently manage family law cases from intake to resolution.
  • Strong client communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
