Summary
About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Help
  • Applies mastery of advanced principles and practices of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) in developing the manpower program.
  • Compiles and analyzes subcommand impact to determine program and organizational impact and develops recommendation or reclamas to manpower actions.
  • Assists management in the development of crediting plans to determine knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics necessary for the recruitment and placement of well-qualified candidates.
  • Coordinates results and proposed recommendations of study within headquarters staff and counterparts at NETCOM to obtain approval for command manpower position.
  • Designs and implements automated systems to manage the 106th Signal Brigade RMIC.
  • Prepares and processes a variety of civilian personnel actions requiring substantial knowledge of personnel program requirements, regulatory guidance, and procedural standards.
