• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure online platforms to support clients’ mental wellness and emotional health.
• Establish and maintain a warm, confidential environment that encourages honest dialogue and open communication.
• Assist clients in identifying personal growth objectives and collaboratively develop strategies to achieve these goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate follow-up appointments and ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all sessions and maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The clients you will serve include a diverse range of individuals, including adults, young adults, couples, and families, each with their unique experiences and challenges. Your work will help those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. By providing compassionate care through virtual platforms, you will be instrumental in enhancing client access to mental health resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health therapy techniques and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients.
• Proficiency with telehealth tools and the ability to engage clients through virtual platforms.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services, preferably in a virtual or telehealth setting.
• Experience in developing and executing individualized treatment strategies based on client assessments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support client recovery and development.
