This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible working conditions while maintaining a strong connection with both clients and the larger Diversus team. • Deliver high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services through virtual sessions to ensure clients receive the support they need from the safety and comfort of their own homes.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, setting measurable goals to track their progress and outcomes.
• Advocate for clients by identifying and connecting them with necessary resources such as financial assistance, housing support, and community services to enhance their therapeutic journey.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, such as suicidal ideation, substance abuse emergencies, or severe trauma responses, using evidence-based strategies and methodologies.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing stigma associated with mental health and promoting overall wellness, demonstrating a commitment to mental health advocacy and education.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with HIPAA and relevant state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and safety for our clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, seek advice, and receive feedback, fostering both clinical excellence and personal growth.

Your expertise will support a diverse population, ranging from individuals battling anxiety and depression to families experiencing complex relational issues. As a clinical social worker, you will encounter various life challenges, enabling you to employ a dynamic range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s situation and background. This role is particularly impactful as you contribute to transforming lives through dedicated support and care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution with a current Tennessee LCSW license, allowing you to practice independently.
• An empathetic, culturally competent approach to client care, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by varied demographic groups.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families across a spectrum of mental health concerns.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members in a remote environment.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
