Renewed Perspectives Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor, holding an active LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW license, to provide exceptional therapeutic services remotely. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address clients' diverse mental health needs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice independently as a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LCPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
  • Two or more years of direct experience in clinical psychotherapy, with a proven track record of successful therapy outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in doing intake assessments, diagnostics, and personalized treatment planning.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective documentation of treatment notes and progress reports.
  • A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions by licensing boards across jurisdictions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using CBT and other evidence-based methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
