Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice independently as a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LCPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
  • Two or more years of direct experience in clinical psychotherapy, with a proven track record of successful therapy outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in doing intake assessments, diagnostics, and personalized treatment planning.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective documentation of treatment notes and progress reports.
  • A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions by licensing boards across jurisdictions.

Compensation and Benefits
