  • Serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for the stability, compliance, and continuous operation of COBOL-based applications that support client implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to internal stakeholders by troubleshooting complex system issues and guiding teams through process improvements and federally mandated changes.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions using COBOL.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain COBOL programs for batch and online processing.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in existing COBOL applications.
