• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to establish a detailed understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to address specific mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline clinical objectives and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach for clients.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to establish a community-driven environment for healing.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and safety planning to manage acute mental health situations effectively, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
