In the LPCC role, you will primarily operate in a remote capacity, providing therapy sessions and counseling services from the comfort of your home or any location that is conducive for client interaction. The outpatient office environment allows you to connect with clients through individual sessions, utilizing telehealth technologies alongside traditional methods of therapy as necessary.

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, ensuring to establish strong rapport and maintain professional ethics in every interaction.
• Regularly meet with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments, including discharge when goals have been met.
• Develop, implement, and regularly revisit person-centered treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and aspirations.
• Document client progress with accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with practice standards.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine initial client needs and challenges.
• Facilitate one-on-one psychotherapy sessions as needed, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to individual clients.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development within the field of mental health counseling.

As an LPCC at Highland Counseling PC, you will work with a diverse client population, including but not limited to adults and children facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role will be pivotal in providing therapeutic support that empowers clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted LPCC license, demonstrating your eligibility to practice independently in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficient computer skills, capable of utilizing tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and client management.
• Experience in direct psychotherapy services and conducting intake assessments is essential.

• Experience working with various age groups within an outpatient mental health environment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the ability to apply them in individual therapy settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective communication with clients and interdisciplinary team members.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. Highland Counseling PC employs a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates that provide you with income stability, as you will be paid ahead of collections.
