Highland Counseling PC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through our advanced telehealth systems. • Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries according to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when clinically appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Comprehensively document client interactions, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and treatment records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Perform intake assessments to establish client eligibility and customize treatment strategies.
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to support professional growth and enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain an adaptive mindset, embracing continuous learning and development throughout your work.

Your role as an LPCC will involve working with a varied patient population, including individuals and families facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. You will be equipped to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues within an outpatient setting, focusing on personalized care that empowers clients to navigate their unique circumstances. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts LPCC licensure is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for clinical documentation and telehealth services is critical.
• A background in providing direct psychotherapy services to clients is necessary.
• Ability and comfort level to conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Experience working with various EHR systems, including but not limited to RMS and Pimsy.
• Exposure to diverse clinical populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Prior work in a telehealth capacity or familiarity with remote counseling strategies.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, delivered through a fee-for-service model.
