As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing professional relationships rooted in trust and ethics.
• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, reviewing treatment goals, and discussing future appointments, adjustments, or discharge plans as necessary.
• Creating and maintaining personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances, preferences, and progress.
• Documenting session notes and client interactions thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather vital client information and inform treatment strategies.
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to continuously improve your therapeutic techniques and professional development.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care that promotes holistic client well-being.
• Embracing a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional development within your practice.

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population, including children, adults, and families facing a Variety of mental health challenges. You will be pivotal in designing care plans that cater to the specific needs of these individuals, fostering an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with unrestricted and independent practice status.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email platforms.
• Established experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments comfortably.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery.
• Background in working with varied patient demographics, especially in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with contemporary engagement strategies in remote counseling environments.
