Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop actionable treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing effective evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals and needs, adjusting as necessary based on progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients in immediate need, ensuring their well-being and stability.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes focusing on skills development and support for coping mechanisms related to mental health and substance use.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered and client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals across various age groups experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is ideal.
• Experience working with clients dealing with substance use disorders or in a detoxification environment is highly desirable.
