About the Role:ย 

The Senior Customer Success Manager for our Shop-Ware productย is responsible forย managing and growing a portfolio of post-onboarding automotive repair shopsย 

Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:ย 

  • Proactive retention managementโ€”identifyingย churn risks,ย 

  • Strengthening customer health by reinforcing product value.ย 

  • Executing strategies that improve long-term customer outcomesย 

  • Revenue retention. The Customer Success Manager isย directly responsibleย for protecting recurring revenue across theirย book ofย business while driving expansion opportunities through consultative account management.ย 

  • This role also supports a portfolio of high-value customers, including multi-shop operators (MSOs) with 2โ€“10 locations, requiring a higher level of strategic partnershipย 

  • Manage more complex customer relationships that require strategic oversight across multiple stakeholders, locations, and operational workflows.ย 

Travel Requirement:ย less than 5%.ย

What You Bring:ย 

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Retention, or SaaS relationship management.ย 

  • Proven success managing customer retention, reducing churn, and protecting recurring revenue in a SaaS environment.ย 

  • Experience supporting high-value customer relationships and navigating complex account structures.ย 

  • Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead strategic customer conversations.ย 

  • Ability toย identifyย customer risk, develop retention strategies, and drive measurable account outcomes.ย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • Familiarity with automotive repair shop operations, MSO workflows, or shop management softwareย stronglyย preferred.ย
