Job description

We are seeking an Outside Sales Reps to join our team! Travels within an agreed upon terriroty to secure contacts for customer manufacturing, CNC machining and fabrication.  This position acts as the technical bridge between clients and the shops management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation - Prospect, present and sell company services to new and existing customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets
  • Relationship management - Nurture relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business and upsell shop capabilities to new and existing customers.  Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Present sales marketing materials to potential new clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and/or knowledge of the machining/manufacturing business.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, self motivated
