Our clients often seek guidance for anxiety, depression, and stress management. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their daily challenges and support their journey towards mental wellness.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients.
• A compassionate, client-centered approach demonstrating genuine empathy and a deep understanding of mental health issues.
• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage client caseloads and adhere to compliance standards.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, with a preference for candidates who have previously worked in an outpatient setting or with a comparable demographic. Familiarity with remote therapy technologies and virtual counseling methodologies would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, according to experience and qualifications.
