Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations that inform tailored treatment plans for your clients.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate and coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring holistic approaches to client care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic practices by engaging in ongoing professional development and attending workshops.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements pertaining to counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build therapeutic relationships across a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in fields such as trauma recovery, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, enhancing client care outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience.
