Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment protocols that align with each client's personal goals and circumstances.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling across a diverse client population using appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele will include individuals from a variety of backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addiction. Emphasizing a holistic and empathetic approach, you will work closely with clients to navigate their emotional landscapes and foster resilience, creating an environment where they feel safe and understood.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within clinical settings.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect and build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for documentation and collaboration.
• Commitment to practicing ethically, safeguarding client confidentiality, and promoting client welfare.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the nuances of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual counseling platforms.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 80,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses. In addition, our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a sign-on bonus, and retirement plan options with employer contributions.
