• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients, gathering essential information to understand their mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address the unique challenges and goals of each patient.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize care and outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults in hospice care, as well as their families. This population often faces complex emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illness, requiring a therapist who is skilled in grief counseling and trauma-informed care.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Licensed as a mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in conducting virtual appointments via video conferencing tools.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy for diverse populations, including teens, adults, and couples.
• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is advantageous, demonstrating adaptability to virtual care.
