What is a remote logo designer?

A remote logo designer is a graphic design professional who specializes in creating logos for businesses and organizations while working from a location outside of a traditional office setting. They use design software and online communication tools to collaborate with clients and deliver creative logo concepts. Remote logo designers often work as freelancers or as part of a distributed design team, providing flexibility for both the designer and their clients. This role requires a strong portfolio, creativity, and the ability to manage projects independently.

How do Remote Logo Designers typically collaborate with clients and team members during the design process?

Remote Logo Designers usually rely on digital communication tools such as email, video calls, and project management platforms to work closely with clients and team members. They often participate in virtual brainstorming sessions, share drafts for feedback, and make revisions based on input from stakeholders. Maintaining clear communication and managing expectations are key challenges, as is ensuring that the final logo aligns with the client's brand vision. Successful remote designers are proactive about providing updates and flexible in adapting to feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Job description

About Ash

Ash delivers the infrastructure that health plans and digital health organizations need to offer at-home testing programs that close care gaps, improve quality performance, and drive population health outcomes. Our clinical-grade, white-label platform ensures members receive screening where they are - at home - improving engagement and delivering measurable ROI.

We are rapidly scaling our presence with health plans nationwide and building one of the most impactful growth teams in healthcare.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, consultative Health Plan Lead (Senior Manager or Director level) to lead new logo acquisition across regional commercial and Medicaid health plans, as well as executive-level digital health organizations selling into payors.

You will own the entire enterprise sales cycle - from targeted outbound prospecting to multi-stakeholder navigation to commercial negotiation and close. You'll collaborate deeply with Product Marketing and Program Management to bring tailored, outcomes-based care-gap closure programs to payors.

This is a quota-carrying, high-impact IC role with clear executive visibility.

What You'll Do

New Logo Acquisition

  • Own net-new health plan sales pipeline across regional and Medicaid payors in a defined geography.
  • Prospect, engage, and convert executive-level buyers across Quality Improvement, Population Health, Stars/HEDIS, and Procurement.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and business cases tied to outcomes and ROI.

Digital Health Expansion

  • Identify and close enterprise digital health companies with payor adjacency.
  • Drive mutual value by integrating Ash's diagnostic capabilities into digital care pathways.

Deal Execution

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles.
  • Own pricing, contract structuring, and deal strategy in partnership with leadership.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting hygiene and CRM discipline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and events.
  • Work with Program Management to ensure smooth implementation handoffs.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product to inform roadmap prioritization.
Who You Are
  • 610+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, ideally health plans, diagnostics, or digital health.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure+ enterprise deals with Quality Improvement and Population Health buyers.
  • Strong acumen in Stars/HEDIS performance, care-gap closure workflows, and payor incentives.
  • Confident engaging C-suite and senior executives; strong meeting orchestration skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment with minimal structure.
  • Low-ego collaborator - success oriented, relationship-led, deal-driven.
Success in This Role Looks Like
  • 100%+ attainment of new logo bookings quota.
  • 3-4 net-new regional health plan logos closed annually.
  • 12 digital health platform wins with expansion potential.
  • Strong pipeline creation driven by targeted outbound motion and partnerships.
  • Internal credibility as a subject-matter expert and strategic thinker in the payor space.
Why This Role at Ash
  • Mission-focused work improving access to care for members nationwide.
  • Highly collaborative sales culture positioned for breakout growth.
  • Comp package designed for high performers.
  • Opportunity to define a category and close deals that truly matter.

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to join a mission driven team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company.
  • Inclusive and transparent social culture.
  • Challenging work, fast learning cycles, practical training, and meaningful feedback. We want to learn from every member of the team and bring fresh ideas to the table every day.
  • Flexible working environment with unlimited vacation time and company provided team lunches.
  • Competitive pay, full health benefits (medical, dental, vision), stock options, 401k program.

Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:

Our company values diversity and believes diverse teams make innovation possible. We work on complex, difficult problems in making healthcare more accessible and inclusive. We need a diverse team that can bring different perspectives and approaches, and whose experiences reflect the full set of stakeholders we seek to serve. We encourage all qualified applicants from any race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or other characteristics to apply.
