Salt & Light Therapy, Ltd is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic telehealth platform. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality virtual therapy services to a diverse range of clients from the comfort of your home or remote location. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 and is ideal for professionals committed to expanding access to mental health care.

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will work from a home office, equipped with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing structured but adaptable scheduling to fit your lifestyle. The role requires an ability to utilize telecommunication tools for therapy sessions and to collaborate with fellow mental health professionals across the state.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments that reflect clients’ needs, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of their progress.
• Utilize therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices to deliver effective treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, maintaining client confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case strategies, share best practices, and collaborate on complex cases with your peers.
• Continuously expand your expertise in mental health trends and best practices by participating in professional development opportunities and training workshops.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field accredited by a recognized institution.
• An active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy, preferably with a focus on telehealth modalities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively through virtual platforms while fostering a therapeutic relationship.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly advantageous, as it assists with the understanding of virtual therapy nuances.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telecommunication tools.
• Specializations in trauma-informed care or experience with diverse populations are also valued.
