El Centro Behavioral Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our expanding team. This is a full-time remote position that allows our counselors to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of their homes while making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field and hold appropriate independent licenses such as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the planning, recommendation, and decision-making processes regarding individual patient care plans, particularly focusing on their home environments and support systems.
  • Regularly conduct treatment planning sessions and review cases for providers to ensure effective and personalized care.
  • Document treatment sessions and interactions with clients efficiently and accurately, contributing to case continuity and provider collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
