Aquent Studios has a great opportunity for a Content Steward to align closely with team members to
support and manage promotional resources. This role will collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders such as product leads, operations, medical/legal, and vendors/agencies in the
development, updating, approval and on-going maintenance of promotional resources. While managed
by Aquent, the resource will respond to the project needs, and direction provided by the Marketing
Oncology leadership.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following work tasks:
• Project management within Marketing team, as well as, interface with the Agile Digital Team
providing support across teams producing and updating promotional materials including label
updates and shepherding jobs through review process.
• Daily utilization of both Workfront and Veeva PromoMats to open jobs, assign tasks, and move
jobs along in the review process.
• Defining and managing the process of asset expiration.
• Partner with team members and their agencies and also 3 rd party vendors to ensure resources
are compliant with PRT comments and deadlines.
• Represent the Job Owner in PRT Prioritization Meetings for scheduling of assets for PRT Review.
• Participate in all Job Owner and Agency meetings, as needed.
• Development and execution of low and some high complexity assets, as required.
• Special projects as assigned.
Work location: Remote but travel to Merck @ Lansdale, PA as needed.
Length: This assignment will be in increments of 3-months and extended as needed.
Qualifications:
• Pharma experience required.
• Veeva PromoMats experience required.
• Scientific knowledge is desired.
• BA/BS degree at minimum, highly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated multi-project management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and proficient in building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors and ability to align with client compliance goals and policies.
• Experience with sales, marketing or promotion development within pharmaceutical industry is
preferred.
• Experience with vendor management is helpful.
The target hiring compensation for this role is $40-45/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
