Role: Project Manager

Location: Remote (with basis travel)

Duration: Full Time (Permanent)

Jobย Description:

  • Manage end-to-end telecom project lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage wireless site development including acquisition, construction, and integration
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure project completion within scope, time, cost, and quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients and management
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective actions
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, zoning, leasing, etc.)
  • Monitor financials including budget, invoicing, and revenue tracking
  • Ensure adherence to company project management processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of telecom project management experience
  • Experience in site acquisition, construction, integration, and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope, cost, schedule, risk)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in matrix organizations
