Job description

Job Title: Project Manager (Engineering) Location: Denver, Colorado Type: 12 month Contract Compensation: $53.00-$54.50/hr Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Responsibilities

  • Oversee consultants completing protection coordination studies across the company enterprise
  • Manage engineering studies, financial forecasts, project plans, and reporting
  • Administer project plans and ensure progress is tracked against timelines
  • Review spend and update forecasts to support project financial management
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports reflecting project status, progress, and outcomes
  • Coordinate a mix of teamwork and individual contributions to support project deliverables

Requirements

  • Financial acumen including accruals and forecasting
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Knowledge of electric distribution and utility business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Independent work capability
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Entry-level to 5 years of experience
  • Technical education preferred but not required
  • Open to recent grads with strong learning ability
