Mile High Multilingual Services (MHMS) is seeking an experienced Translation Project Manager who wants more than simply moving projects from Point A to Point B.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, with approximately 80% of the work performed in our office and 20% remotely. Candidates must reside in the local area and be able to reliably commute to our office. Relocation assistance is not available.

What You'll Do

As our Translation Project Manager, you will oversee translation and localization projects from quote to delivery while playing a key role in shaping the future of our language services department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple translation and localization projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate linguists, translators, editors, proofreaders, and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Maintain and leverage CAT tools, translation memories, terminology databases, and glossaries.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and expand translation service offerings.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support vendor recruitment, onboarding, and quality management.
  • Help strengthen and grow the Translation Department through innovation and professional best practices.

Required Qualifications

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years of Translation Project Management experience within the language services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of translation workflows and localization processes.
  • Experience using CAT tools such as:
