Job Description: Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a fast-moving website redesign and brand refresh initiative within a financial services marketing team. This role will bring structure and organization to a growing Asana workspace, manage project timelines, and help the team stay on track toward a major November launch. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives working autonomously and enjoys bringing order to a dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans for website work, a sales site launch, and an ongoing brand refresh
  • Lead and attend recurring meetings, including team stand-ups, marketing intake sessions, and brand refresh check-ins
  • Define milestones, deliverables, owners, timelines, and dependencies across projects
  • Build and manage a centralized compliance and review tracking system, following up with stakeholders to keep approvals moving
  • Run a weekly marketing intake and prioritization meeting, clarifying requests and assigning owners and deadlines
  • Improve Asana usage across the team, including templates, intake forms, workflows, and workload management views
  • Build dashboards and reports to maintain visibility into timelines, capacity, and priorities
  • Document recommended processes and host regular process retrospectives

Minimum Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Asana, including the ability to restructure and reorganize projects for scalability
  • Strong soft skills with the ability to jump in day one and run meetings independently
  • Comfortable using AI as a resource in daily work
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in a marketing environment (website, brand, compliance)
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle a high volume of meetings and priorities
