This full-time remote position offers an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Participate actively in the development of pre-crisis and crisis management strategies including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation that complies with regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic health record systems proficiently.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to support accurate diagnoses and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans that encourage client engagement and recovery.
• Serve as a key liaison to state agencies, community partners, and service systems to foster collaborative relationships that enhance service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending relevant conferences and participating in statewide task forces that contribute to your area of expertise.
• Promote Brightside's mission, philosophy, and values within the community, ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to comprehensive care.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

The patients you will work with at Brightside include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your role will encompass not only individual counseling but also facilitating group therapy sessions that provide community support and education. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An Independent LMHC license in California is essential; candidates from other states are encouraged to apply as we cover licensing fees.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly preferred.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health counseling.
