This position will predominantly be conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still benefitting from a professionally decorated virtual office atmosphere. To ensure that our therapists can succeed, we offer scheduling support and business coaching. • Establish a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, rapidly building rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and active listening skills.
• Provide comprehensive psychodynamic treatment for clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, life transitions, existential crises, and relational dynamics.
• Utilize depth-oriented therapy techniques that are culturally sensitive, incorporating mindfulness practices to help clients develop greater self-awareness and inner happiness.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings to discuss challenging cases, stay abreast of best practices, and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to continue learning and refining counseling approaches.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored support to those dealing with various life stressors. Our patient population includes individuals from different backgrounds, each seeking to improve emotional well-being, navigate life transitions, or address mental health disorders. A commitment to cultural competency and diversity within therapeutic practices is crucial for fostering effective client relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years' clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Experience with depth-oriented therapy methodologies and a strong understanding of the integration of cultural sensitivity and spiritual mindfulness in therapy.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy tools and digital platforms for conducting remote sessions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
