• Conduct weekly telehealth sessions using evidence-based techniques, ensuring high-quality care tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with our team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Utilize automatically generated self-assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, promoting an adaptive and responsive care approach.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly portal, backed by technology that simplifies your workflow.
• Participate in ongoing consultations and training sessions to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brightside, you will primarily work with adults experiencing various emotional disorders. Your expertise will aid individuals coping with anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health challenges. Through a respectful and empathetic therapeutic alliance, you will help clients navigate their unique experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or telehealth setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities.

• Experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with the Unified Protocol is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery models is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
