Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct dynamic, evidence-based therapy sessions through secure live video platforms, assisting adults facing emotional and psychological disorders.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers at Brightside and fellow therapists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring holistic care for each client.
  • Utilize automated symptom assessments and other digital tools to monitor client progress, assess functional improvement, and dynamically adjust treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our streamlined, user-friendly therapist portal, easing the administrative burden to focus more on client care.
  • Engage regularly with the Therapy Leadership Team for supervision and case consultation, contributing to your professional development and clinical growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing severe emotional distress and mental health crises. Qualifications
  • A valid independent mental health license in the state of residence (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC), with preference given to those holding multiple state licenses.

  • Proven commitment to treating a range of populations and delivering culturally sensitive care to diverse communities.

Preferred Experience
