Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brave Mind Mental Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, including supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians, to share progress updates and treatment adjustments.
  • Organizing and executing home visits for in-home observations and data collection to further inform patient care strategies.
  • Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contributing to treatment discussions to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Completing monthly and quarterly progress reports that help track patient advancements, treatment outcomes, and the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
  • Arranging and leading training sessions for staff to enhance proficiency in program execution and documentation techniques.
  • Providing ongoing follow-up through interviews and observations to ensure that the evolving needs of patients are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
