Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical mental health services primarily through video conferencing, ensuring personalized and accessible treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Conduct continuous assessments of treatment needs, adjusting interventions to align with clients' evolving therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with clients in developing, monitoring, and implementing individualized service plans that address their mental health and life skills needs.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions that encompass coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.
• Educate clients on community resources, advocating on their behalf to ensure they can access necessary services such as housing, healthcare, and employment assistance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges that may inhibit their ability to live independently. Our focus is particularly on adults over 18 who require support in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. The goal is to promote recovery, equipping clients with the skills and resources necessary for community integration and stability.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory, and the candidate must be able to practice independently without supervision.
• No existing disciplinary actions on the license.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience working with adults in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate nature that supports a strong therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to navigate telehealth platforms, with a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus. We provide robust benefits including:
