You will also lead the use of AI- and agent-driven capabilities to build highly automated growth platforms that accelerate education, engagement, and demand, positioning USDC as the trusted digital dollar in regional markets.

What you'll work on

  • Own and expand regional USDC liquidity and supply through strategic partnerships with centralized exchanges, OTC desks, and ecosystem partners

  • Lead cross-functional execution across Business Development, Engineering, Policy, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver scalable, regionally compliant growth initiatives

  • Design and run AI-driven experimentation frameworks to accelerate awareness, education, and adoption of USDC in local markets

  • Build automated, agent-powered growth systems that increase speed, efficiency, and repeatability of regional initiatives

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting strategy as market conditions evolve

  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders around vision and trade-offs

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in crypto, stablecoins, fintech, or digital asset ecosystems

  • Exposure to AI-driven products, experimentation, or automation platforms

  • Background in consumer growth, lifecycle optimization, or demand-focused product initiatives
