These roles are common in caregiving, property management, or personal assistant positions where a physical presence is needed for certain tasks, but much of the work can be done online. The arrangement usually covers housing as part of compensation. It allows for flexibility in work location while ensuring the employee is available on-site as required.

As part of a community health clinic, you will engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving community health outcomes. You'll leverage virtual tools and teletherapy platforms to deliver care efficiently and effectively, especially for patients who may have mobility constraints or live in remote areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation of therapeutic sessions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Providing support to clients facing a range of issues—from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges—demands not only clinical expertise but also empathy and understanding.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or closely related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, or eligibility for licensure is a must.
  • Strong experience working with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds is preferred, as you will be engaged with a broad spectrum of individuals.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy is highly advantageous, as our clinic prioritizes accessibility through virtual client interactions.
  • Prior work in community health settings or non-profit organizations is a plus, accentuating your understanding of diverse patient needs.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:

  • Generous paid time off policies to promote work-life balance.
  • Seven paid holidays each year to encourage well-deserved breaks.
  • Flexible working hours tailored to your schedule and client availability.
  • A supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
