Strong Minds Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that you are available to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As part of a community health clinic, you will engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving community health outcomes. You'll leverage virtual tools and teletherapy platforms to deliver care efficiently and effectively, especially for patients who may have mobility constraints or live in remote areas.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health challenges, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to promote client engagement and efficacy.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with physical limitations or those in remote locations.
• Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation of therapeutic sessions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. This role emphasizes culturally competent care, allowing therapists to address unique needs and perspectives that enrich the therapeutic process. Providing support to clients facing a range of issues—from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges—demands not only clinical expertise but also empathy and understanding.

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, or eligibility for licensure is a must.
• Strong experience working with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds is preferred, as you will be engaged with a broad spectrum of individuals.

• Experience in providing teletherapy is highly advantageous, as our clinic prioritizes accessibility through virtual client interactions.
• Prior work in community health settings or non-profit organizations is a plus, accentuating your understanding of diverse patient needs.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
