• Deliver individualized counseling sessions via a secure video platform, ensuring ethical practices and confidentiality.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices to promote emotional healing.
• Create detailed and effective treatment plans, establishing clear goals that address specific challenges faced by clients.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients, helping them gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, while equipping clients with effective coping strategies.
• Document all sessions and case notes accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and state regulations.

Your work as a Virtual Mental Health Therapist will involve engaging with a diverse population of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and existential concerns. Your compassionate approach will assist clients in navigating their personal journeys towards empowerment and healing.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) issued by the appropriate state board.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with clients diagnosed with mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to empathize and connect with clients.
• Knowledge of contemporary psychotherapy practices and willingness to engage in continuous professional education.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual therapy sessions.
