We prioritize holistic approaches to mental health care by integrating various therapeutic modalities catered to client needs. Our organization values collaboration, continuous learning, and creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff. By joining our team, you'll become part of an established network of health professionals dedicated to transforming lives through comprehensive mental health support.

Work Environment

This full-time position allows for remote work, providing you with the flexibility to create an optimal work-life balance while serving clients in a community health clinic setting. Our culture emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and innovative thinking. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, all committed to ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to discern clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring they are aligned with clients’ therapeutic goals and diagnoses.
  • Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic practices that promote healing and support personal development, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach, fostering an environment where clients feel safe to explore their concerns.
  • Guide clients in identifying maladaptive behaviors and thought processes, equipping them with tools to engender positive change and resilience.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline care coordination and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
  • Participate in regular professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the mental health field, ensuring that your approach remains holistic and informed by evolving methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children coping with behavioral issues to adults grappling with mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will also benefit first responders who often face unique psychological challenges. The aim is to empower these individuals towards recovery and personal growth by addressing their specific circumstances and therapeutic needs with sensitivity and skill.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely-related field is required.
  • Active and valid state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience within a private practice or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience or certifications in specialized therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, adult mental health, or couples therapy will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and training that enable effective development of tailored treatment strategies.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated success in providing therapeutic services in remote settings, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall client care.
Compensation and Benefits

Life Transformative Healing Services offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000. In addition to the financial compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, alongside options for mental health support services.
