• Design and implement comprehensive and personalized treatment plans for clients, aligning with their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based methodologies to identify specific mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, offering timely support to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Manage ongoing therapy for individuals with various mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders, focusing on recovery and long-term well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies to address family relationships, behavioral patterns, and personal challenges, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

This role emphasizes working with a diverse client base, including students and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping clients set and achieve their personal goals, guiding them through their unique struggles within a supportive framework. Your contributions will directly enhance their quality of life and overall mental health.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health care practices.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to document client interactions effectively.

• Experience in a community health clinic or school-based setting is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with therapies and interventions addressing specific issues, including trauma-informed care and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practices.
