Job description

Description

Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference every day?

At Opportunity Foundation, our Residential Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help adults and seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives. Whether you're helping with daily routines, sharing a laugh, or exploring the community together, you'll be making a genuine impact while growing personally and professionally.

In this role, you'll support individuals in group homes by assisting with day-to-day needs such as meal preparation, hygiene care, medication administration, and documentation. You'll also accompany the people you support out into the community for activities, appointments, and social outings; helping them stay active, connected, and engaged. No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

We're hiring both full-time and part-time DSPs for all shifts, across all days of the week, including weekends. Whether you're starting a new career path or continuing your work in caregiving, you'll receive all the training and guidance you need to succeed. No prior experience is required; just compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive difference.

To join our team, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Oregon driver's license with at least three years of driving history, and successfully pass a background check.

At Opportunity Foundation, we believe in taking care of those who care for others. That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • $2,000 sign-on bonus
  • $2,000 employee referral bonus program
  • $2,000 annual tuition reimbursement
  • Paid time off, including 7 paid holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) access
  • For full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and voluntary life insurance

If you're ready to build meaningful relationships and help others live their best lives, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and start a career that matters-with people who matter.
