• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, and formulate personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic goals.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to facilitate client progress.
• Develop and implement interventions to help clients address relational dynamics and enhance communication skills.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client treatment and progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with colleagues to provide integrated care that supports the holistic well-being of clients.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical services related to marriage and family therapy.
• Diverse understanding of and proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical therapeutic practices.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and technologies to conduct therapy sessions effectively.
• Familiarity with integrating trauma-informed care into therapeutic practices.
• Knowledge or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches such as play therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, or addiction counseling.

• Annual salary ranging between $115,000 and $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
