MMC is hiring for a Remote Bilingual CSR for MD Medicaid

Pay Rate $ 21.50/hr. Bilingual (English/ Spanish Fluent)

Must be Bilingual English/ Spanish Fluent- Interview and Assessment will be conducted in Spanish

Start Date: 7/22/2026

Job Title: CSR1 - Call Center - 100% remote – Must have own equipment.

Training Schedule: 9:30am-6:00pm EST, M-F (Day 1-7) 9:30am-6:00pm EST M-F (Day 8-15) Nesting is 4 weeks: 9:30am-6:00pm EST

*** Must have perfect attendance during training and nesting (7 weeks)****** (1) absence during training or nesting can lead to termination.


You will be required to pass a State Policy Exam with 80% or higher. This exam will be given during the training.


Hours of Operations: Monday – Friday Schedules will remain 9:30 am- 6:00pm, must be committed to working this schedule. Schedules are eight (8) hours in length with two (2) 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.

  • Video camera capability, necessary for training
  • NO Mac books, Chromebooks, iPads or Tablets allowed. They are not compatible with our system.

Internet Connection Requirements:

  • Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem
  • Download speed 100 MBPS minimum.
  • Upload speed 15 MBPS minimum.

You will utilize the State’s enrollment portal and CRM systems to provide accurate information and high-quality service.
