• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving clients' mental health and overall well-being.

You will work with a carefully screened group of clients, all of whom are stable adults with low acuity issues. • Strong interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and a passion for aiding others in their mental health journeys are essential.
• Proficiency in using technology and computer systems is necessary to ensure effective service delivery.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Familiarity with various counseling methodologies and treatments enhances your ability to provide personalized care. Experience working with adult populations and a good understanding of teletherapy practices will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on your experience and working hours.
