As a licensed mental health counselor at Talkiatry, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions using secure video chat platforms, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Utilizing solution-focused therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment for the unique needs of each client.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that effectively address clients' mental health conditions, setting achievable objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to gain insight into their emotional experiences, interpersonal relationships, and personal challenges.
• Monitoring clients' progress diligently, adjusting therapeutic approaches when necessary, and equipping clients with healthy coping mechanisms.

Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a fully licensed mental health professional, including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Previous experience in mental health counseling without disciplinary actions against licensure.
