As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat with clients to address mental health concerns and enhance emotional well-being.
• Facilitating discussions to encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal insights.
• Advocating for clients by assisting them in defining their mental health goals and the strategies needed to achieve them.
• Assessing clients’ mental health conditions, designing, and implementing treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique needs.

The clients you will support are stable adults experiencing low acuity issues, such as stress, anxiety, or mild depression. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teletherapy sessions and record management.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional specialties or certifications are encouraged to apply, as they can enhance our services and offerings.
